• Roof Moisture Survey using infrared, nuclear, and/or capacitance and extraction of cores and probes.
• Visual Condition Survey or Audit
• Development of predictive and preventive roof maintenance programs.
• Roof Management Program
• Recommendations regarding whether a roof should be repaired, recovered, reroofed, replaced or retrofitted.
• Recommendations materials and/or systems for repair, replacement, etc. and design of the system.
• Structural Analysis of the roof system.
